Getting more fit and losing weight is on the top of the list of New Year's resolutions to kick off 2018. Unfortunately, a lot of times people fail.

 

You don't have to be one of the people that fail.

 

Here are some tips for sticking with the program:

 

1.  Goals-  Pick your goal, register for your training session or class and put it on your calendar and stick to it.

 

2. Keep positive A good healthy positive attitude helps people stick with a workout program.

 

3. Get Moving-  The most important key to making your New Year's resolution work in 2018 is your mind set.
